Negligence Defined
For the purpose of this policy, negligence means:

Failure to meet deadlines and timelines
Failure to communicate changes or updates to HUH
No Refund Conditions
In the event of negligence by the client, HUH reserves the right to deny any refund requests. This includes but is not limited to:
Errors or omissions in documentation due to client's failure to review and verify
Delays or rejection of services due to client's failure to meet deadlines or provide required information
Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
Failure to follow instructions and guidelines provided by HUH
Consequences of Negligence
If HUH determines that a client's negligence has caused errors, delays, or rejection of services, the client will be responsible for:
Any additional costs or fees incurred to correct errors or re-process documentation
Any penalties or fines imposed by regulatory bodies or authorities
Any legal or collection fees incurred to recover damages or losses
Exceptions
This no refund policy does not apply in cases where HUH has made errors or omissions in the provision of services. In such cases, HUH will take responsibility and provide refunds or re-work as necessary.
Acknowledgement
By using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this no refund policy. Clients also acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their documentation and information.
